Almond cake for dessert

 
Aitana's almond cake 
This is Aitana's post, and she has sent us a delicious recipe of her favourite dessert, the picture looks delicious. Would you like to try it? just do as she explains:
To do an almond cake you need the next ingredients:
- 250 gr. of almonds
- 250 gr. of sugar glass
- 6 eggs
- a little stripped lemon peel
- a little cinnamon in powder
- a little butter for buttering the mould
Utensils you need:
- 2 bowls
- a whisk
- a mould (for the oven)
WAY OF COOKING:
First you must beat the yolks, the sugar, the cinnamon and the stripped lemon peel until it remains frothy. When it's ready, add the grind almonds.  In another bowl beat the whites of the eggs stiffly beaten, and add to the other mix quickly in order that they don't go down. Once the mould is buttered with the butter, put the mixture on, and put it into the oven for around 40 minutes, more or less, to 200ºC. When it's done, take it from the oven and when it's cold put some sugar glass above, now you can serve it.
