You can't have your cake and eat it too
Food is present in many sayings and idioms. Something very easy is "easy as a pie" or " a piece of cake". When we love very much somebody we say "she (or he) is the apple of my eye". If the situation is serious and delicate we say "that's a hot potato" and "the best thing since slice bread" is said of a very nice person.

Or follow this link to do a crossword (this is piece of cake!).
Here you can play with some kitchen vocabulary.
Karina and Rebeca have a recipe to share with all of us. You can see how it looks and then how to cook it.
Ingredients
(Taking as a glass of yogurt)
- three glasses of flour
- two glasses of sugar
- natural yogurt or cream
- three eggs
- lemon peel
How to do it
Step 1: In a deep container add the yolks and sugar and mix until you get it spongy.
Step 2: Add the yogurt or cream, a little oil and the lemon peel. Whisk again and add the flour as rain, using a metal strainer.
Step 3: Stir well to obtain a fine cream and without lumps. pour it in a tray or dish and sprinkle over some sugar.
Step 4: the cake has to be in the oven at 170 º until golden.
note: it is important not to open the oven until it is completely cooked.
suggestion: eat it with cheese, it is delicious.
Thanks Rebeca and Karina! This cake looks delicious!
