Hi!!I think the dealth penalty is good. Because the mens kill, they must the health penalty.
Life penalty means to kill somebody who has killed so we would be killing without stopping. If killing somebody is a crime, death penalty is a crime too.
I don`t want to kill persons. I want peace.
